Terms, privacy and the parts nobody reads until they matter.

Plain-language summaries of how Echelon handles your sources, your keys, your money and your risk.

Risk disclaimer

Echelon is an analysis and organisation tool. Nothing on the platform — including classifications, coordinates, strategy niches, wisdom-library entries, courses or articles — is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade.

Trading equities and crypto assets carries substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for verifying any information before acting on it.

Your content

Sources you paste or upload remain yours. Echelon stores them so it can classify them and show them back to you, and applies row-level access rules so no other member can read them.

Uploaded files live in a private bucket scoped to your account. Deleting a source removes its record; you can request full account deletion at any time.

AI processing

Classification is performed by third-party language models. Content you submit is sent to the model provider for the duration of the request. If you store your own provider key, your content is sent to that provider under your own account and terms instead.

Model output is probabilistic and can be wrong. Treat coordinates and tags as a starting hypothesis, not a verdict.

API keys

Provider keys you store are held server-side, are never exposed to the browser, and are used only to run your own actions. Remove a key in Settings at any time and it is deleted immediately.

Billing terms

Memberships bill monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Token allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Purchased token packs do not expire.

One-off course tracks and clinic seats are non-refundable once accessed, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to process, and do not use Echelon to redistribute paywalled research. Automated scraping of the platform outside the documented API is not permitted.
